DESCRIPTION:Twelve will be hosting a Blacklight Dodgeball Tournament on October 4th at the Bowie Jr High gyms. \nJr High and High School divisions. \nTeams of 6 \n$250 Cash Prize for each winning team \nDouble Elimination Bracket \nFollow the link to sign up today and for official dodgeball rule look below. \n  \n  \nDODGEBALL RULES \n  \n\nIf you get hit\, then you are out. Don’t ruin dodgeball by being dishonest.\nDon’t aim for the head. If you are hit in the head when standing straight up\, then you are still in. If you are hit in the head when you bent or crouched down\, then you are out.\nYou can’t hold more than one ball at a time. We want the game to continue to move\, so no ball hogs are allowed!\nDon’t cross the center line. If your foot crosses the center line\, then you will be called out. Grace will be given all the time with Jesus\, but only at the race to the center at the beginning.\nIf you catch a ball\, then the thrower is out and the team that caught the ball brings a person that is out back in. This means that when you get out you need to line up at the edge in the position you got out.\nIf your teammate is hit by a ball\, then you catch that ball before it hits anything else – nothing happens. \nIf a ball is thrown and it hits a ball in your hand\, the ball is now considered dead. However\, if the ball thrown knocks the ball out of your hand\, then you are out.\nEach team must have at least one girl.

SUMMARY:El Salvador
DESCRIPTION:This summer Twelve has an amazing opportunity to travel to El Salvador on a week long missions trip. While there we will be apart of the King’s Castle team\, we will be traveling to villages\, schools\, and other churches where we will share the Good News about Jesus to people of all ages. \nDuring the day we will be participating in skits and dramas that will show the love of Jesus to the people of San Salvador\, El Salvador. Each student will experience truly what is means to do hands on ministry. \n  \nTotal cost is $1600 and that may sound like a lot of money but we have fundraisers to help with the cost. The key to fundraising is actually doing it! \n  \nThe cost of the trip will cover the following: \n\nThree meals a day while on the trip\nLodging and Airfare\nAll transportation in country\nComprehensive insurance policy for each participant\nEntrance and exit fees (if applicable)\nNTYM AIM t-shirt and luggage tag\nAIM Journal\nGuidance and assistance by an experienced team leader

SUMMARY:Lighthouse Missions Cup
DESCRIPTION:Every year Lighthouse Assembly of God puts on a golf tournament to support missionaries around the world and this year is no different but there is a little twist\, instead of raising money to be sent our to missionaries all the money raised will help get our students to the missions field in El Salvador. \nThat’s right\, all proceeds will go towards our student missions trip to El Salvador. While there our students will participate in many different things. Including VBS\, kids ministry\, camps\, and some street ministry. We will be working along side Kings Castle and the Tripletts. \nAt Twelve we have a heart for missions and seeing students have a chances to participate in missions while they are apart of Twelve. \n  \nYou can register your team or as a single at the link on the right under the details sections. \nCost is $125 a person or $500 for your whole team. \n  \nThank you for you support and belief in our students!

DESCRIPTION:Bowie Bowl \nFlag Football tournament at the Bowie Soccer Fields. All proceeds go towards Twelve missions trip to El Salvador. \nThere will be two different brackets\, one for junior high and one for high school. Junior high teams will play against junior teams only and high school will play against high school only. \n$50 a team \n10 players max per team (minimum of 7) \nAt least 2 girls per team \nRegister Here \n  \n  \nBowie Bowl Rules \n\n7 players on the field at one time\, 2 of the opposite gender\nOne play must be made by a member of the opposite gender\nDefense rush after 7 mississippi\,\nAll series begin at team own 10yrd line\nFrom starting point a team has 4 downs to reach mid-field\nFrom mid-field a team has 4 downs to score\nNo fumbles\, if fumbled the play is dead\nIf intercepted the team starts from own 10yrd line\nNo 1st down is a turnover\nTouchdowns: male = 6 points\, female = 7 points\nExtra Point: male = 1 point\, female = 2 points
